Papacharalampeios Public library of Nafpaktos

The Papacharalambios Library's collection today includes about 60,000 volumes, cataloged by the Dewey Decimal Classification System, with alphabetical catalogs of authors and themes in digital format, a local press archive and magazines with literary, social, historical and educational content. The reading room is a comfortable and civilized environment, which is complemented by the willingness of the Library staff.

Since 2003, it has been operating on the ground floor of the Public Information Center Library with advanced technology infrastructure. Essentially, it is a place with ten positions of Computers in which all residents and visitors of the wider area can have free internet access and receive as much information as they are looking for.

Also, the Library often organizes or co-organizes with other institutions of the city spiritual and cultural events, exhibitions of local books and press and publishes works with local content and generally helps in any cultural event in the area.
